Corporate Structuring & Restructuring Services in UAE
How your companies are set up decides how easily you trade, bank, get paid and expand. We design and restructure groups so ownership is clear and every entity has a purpose.
What is corporate structuring?
Deciding which companies you need, where they are registered, and who owns and controls each one.Changing that setup when your business grows, takes on new shareholders, enters new markets or faces new rules.
A good structure is simple to explain. Banks, regulators and partners should see who owns your business and why each entity exists.

Corporate structuring FAQs
Structuring is designing your company setup from the start. Restructuring is changing an existing setup, such as moving ownership, merging entities or adding a holding company.
Not always. A holding company helps when you own several companies, plan to bring in investors or sell part of the business, or want assets held away from trading risk. For a single trading company it can add cost without much benefit, so we look at your plans first.
It can be tax-neutral. Business Restructuring Relief and Qualifying Group Relief allow certain transfers without an immediate tax charge, subject to conditions such as 75% common ownership and a two-year clawback period. We confirm eligibility with your tax advisor.
Usually, yes. Banks update their records when ownership, directors or the group structure change, and ask for updated company documents and ownership evidence. We prepare these as part of the implementation, so the bank has what it needs from the start.
A single share transfer can take a few weeks. A group reorganization across several countries can take a few months. We give you a timeline after the review.
