Trade Finance Advisory Services in UAE and Abroad
Trade finance works when the instrument fits the trade. We read the transaction first, then arrange the letters of credit, guarantees or funding that match it, through banks with appetite for that corridor and that cargo.
Trade finance instruments we arrange
Most trade finance goes wrong before a bank ever sees it, because the wrong instrument was chosen for the trade.
Not sure which fits? Book a consultationLetter of credit discounting
You have shipped and the buyer’s bank will pay in ninety days. Discounting turns that promise into cash now, at a cost.
Documentary collections
Documents that release your cargo move bank to bank, so the goods and the payment change hands on agreed terms.
Guarantees and standby LCs
A bank stands behind your obligation so a counterparty or a tender will accept you. Performance and advance payment included.
Supply chain finance
Funding before shipment so you can pay suppliers, or after shipment while you wait to be paid.
Invoice discounting
Cash raised against invoices already issued. Who owes you the money matters as much as your own accounts do.
Bill of lading financing
Funding built around verified shipping documents, where the cargo and the route carry much of the risk.
Transaction structuring
For trades that do not fit one instrument: commodity deals, bulk imports and routes with several parties and currencies.
How a trade finance transaction is assessed
Counterparty and document checks run alongside every step.
Transactional ComplianceRead
We go through the trade itself: goods, route, counterparties, documents, currency and timing.
Match
We identify which instruments fit, and which banks have appetite for that corridor and that cargo.
Prepare
We put the file together in the order a credit committee reads it, and close the gaps before it goes in.
Execute
We stay with it through issuance, presentation and settlement, and carry the questions as they come.
Trade corridors and banking channels
Our strongest corridor runs from Turkey through the UAE and the GCC, into Asia and on to Mauritius. We also work in Switzerland, through banks and correspondent relationships in each market.
Availability is never a given.
Which banks, which instruments, what limits, what tenor and what pricing all depend on the transaction, the documents, the counterparties and the appetite a bank has that week. We say early when a trade cannot be financed as it stands, because the alternative is a client who waits three months to hear no. Nobody can promise a facility, and anyone who does is selling you something other than advice.

Trade finance advisory: common questions
No. We are advisors, not a lender and not a bank. We structure the transaction, prepare the file and arrange the instrument through banks and financial institutions. The credit decision and the funds are always theirs.
No. Availability of banks, instruments, limits, tenor and pricing depends on the transaction, the documents, the counterparties and the bank’s appetite at that moment. We will tell you early if a trade cannot be financed as it stands.
Because one bank has one appetite. Your bank may not fund your corridor, your cargo or your counterparty, and a single relationship gives you no second opinion on structure. We tell you what the instrument should be before you ask anyone to price it.
Our strongest corridor runs from Turkey through the UAE and the GCC, including Oman, into Asia (Hong Kong and China) and on to Mauritius. We also work in Switzerland. Instrument availability is assessed for each case.
The contract or purchase order, the parties on both sides, the goods and route, the payment terms, and the shipping and inspection documents involved. We can give you a view on structure from that before anything goes to a bank.
